Our goal is your satisfaction, so if you're unhappy with your order please contact us by emailing customerservices@thecompassionshop.co.uk and we will endeavour to do all we can to help. 


The Compassion Shop operates on an ‘on demand’ business model.  We do not hold stock, but instead each item is printed and delivered by one of our specially chosen suppliers, depending on the type of item ordered.

Before placing your order, please check product sizing information to ensure that you select the size that best meets your requirements. Once you select your size and the design to be produced on your item of choice, this will be made to your order and sent out for delivery. If the item received does not meet the sizing specifications detailed then please contact us and we will try our best to help.

As all items ordered from The Compassion Shop are made to order based on your chosen design, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake or unless you receive an item which is faulty. Please contact us to report any faulty goods within 30 days of receipt for investigation. Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification".
